Story of a Sign?

Someone sent me an e-mail with a link to a You-Tube video called The Story of a Sign. I guess it originally was at flixxy.com, because that was where the link took me to, but
it was a You-Tube video. Anyway, It says it is no longer available. No matter how often I search, I can’t find a place to view it. It said it was a winner at the Cannes Film Festival.
Any tips or ideas as to why I can’t view it, and/or where I could possibly view it?
