Premium outlets in France??

I am going to France in November for 12 days. I’m thinking of spending time in Paris and Nice and may be some surrounding areas like Eze, VillaFranche, Cannes, Monaco etc.

Do you have any suggestions for places to definitely visit and places to avoid?

And I love to shop so does anybody know of premium discount outlets for designer clothing and accessories aside from all the big beautiful stores in Paris?
