How do I lock the key on my blackberry curve?
Last week I upgraded from a blackberry pearl to a blackberry curve, for the most part, I love it, but one item that I havent quite figure out yet (and cant appear to find any info on in the instruction manual) is if within is a simple one button command to lock the keys…I remember that on the pearl adjectives I had to do be simply hold down the star key for a second, and the key would lock, but unfortunately beside the curve, I have to run through the menu and actually select the “grand piano lock” option (or anything it’s called)…so, I know this is a dumb question, but is here just one switch that I can hold down for a second on the curve to lock the keys? If so, which switch is it?

Blackberry Pearl: Freezing, Skipping,?
I got a Pearl for Christmas and by February I be having troubles. My phone does 4 (abnormal) things: 1) Freezes intermittently when I try to a) open applications resembling my camera or my address book and b) when I send or delete text. 2) The red ‘alert’ light is other on, even at full battery. 3) The roller bubble sometimes doesnt roll, or I can only scroll contained by one direction. 4) When I play brick breaker the game will skip and the bubble will change location lacking notice (not a big deal) I enjoy a memory card and I delete texts and emails recurrently. I do not have plentiful pictures either, give or take a few 10. I have removed the mobile both when the phone is on and off, adjectives that happens is the phone take a long time to turn on again. I only charge my phone when it get low (around 20%), and it is in a protective bag. I have never dropped it or gotten it damp, and I routinely check for dust. Its my last resort to walk to the cell store since its always a nightmare! Any beneficial ideas are treatment!

I can’t get a clear answer on this! Hopefully someone can oblige…can my employer track my internet activity on my BlackBerry? I hold an unlimited data collection in the US, so I’m not worried going on for cost, more what sites I have be to, personal emails on yahoo, etc. I know the short answer is yes, anything can be tracked, but how likely and/or difficult is it? Hopefully some IT folks can chime surrounded by. Also, one person on here said that if I use the providers browser (cingular) it is anonymous, but if I use regular IE browser it go through the BES. Does anyone have a Blackberry World Edition and know how to generate it ring louder? I have it set on the “Loud” profile setting and it’s still incredibly soft. My old phone (the Verizon EnVy) I could hear it ring from the other room, this one most of the time I can’t hear it ring when it’s on my hip! Does anyone know a approach to make it ring louder?
