Why do Caucasians think tans are better looking and other races think lighter skin is?

East Asians are light and want to be lighter.
And in Victorian days, milky porcleain skin was the ideal for Europeans. So I don’t think the “grass is greener” explanation will suffice.

which is better way of going from nice to cannes, bus or train?

i will be attending the MIPTV in Cannes next week and i will spend the night in nice upon my arrival and then travel to nice the next day. I am hoping maybe one of the locals can give me some info on the mode of transport from nice-cannes-nice….if possible the frequency (schedule) and the cost…
