Gohatto trailer – Movie by Nagisa Oshima
This is the French trailer (in Japanese, with Fr. subtitles) for the movie “Gohatto” (Tabou) by Nagisa Oshima. Starring Takeshi Kitano, Ryuhei Matsuda, Shinji Takeda, Tadanobu Asano. It’s a beautiful movie, I recommand it. It got many awards and was nominated for Golden Pam at the Cannes Film Festival.
The music was written by Ryuichi Sakamoto
This is a masterpiece.
The meaning of this film is everybody gets fooled by beauty (especially the viewer!)

I had this film on dvd but i lost it i think that Oshima is a great director always exploring the deepest of the human emotions the last scene is filled with beautifullnes, sorrow and uncertainity

Indeed, I love Ryuhei’s way of acting, emotionless face but still so filled with emotions. This movie is amazing, but when it comes to Ryuhei, I prefere Aoi Haru, which is my favouite movie of all times.
AND to act together with Tadanobu Asano at that age, fantastic.
omg, ryuhei is like a BABY in this movie xDD; he’s like, 15 or something right? he’s pretty and his voice isn’t very deep at all. it’s kinda weird to see. i’ll try to watch this the first chance i get to.

Ryuichi Sakamoto’s score is perfect for the film… More I watch it, more I love the film. Ryuehi Matsuda has inherited an amazing talent & charisma from his father.

This is a gorgeous, gorgeous film. I saw it in Paris and just had to hunt it down on DVD. So beautiful.
