I’m not a QT fan by any means. His other movies haven’t impressed me in the slightest. However he blew my socks off with this movie!!! I have to give him kudos for make a fictional story line set during WWII and doing justice to the bloody time. I think this movie was brilliant. Best QT film to date.
I personally feel Christoph Waltz is the main actor, not Brat Pit. But all actors did a wonderful job. 5/5

It’s just another Tarantino film, To me I really don’t think he is the greatest director/writer. He seems to have a ego complex. He HAS to be in his fims somewhere. maybe just standing there or playing an actual part..

The movie’s end has the feel of the final scene in Carrie. The image of Shoshana’s ghostly figure laughing in the billowing smoke was incredible. All she needed was John Travolta to dump pig’s blood all over her.
What’s wrong with a little wish fulfillment? Yeah, I was a little put off throughout the whole film – expecting the plot to fail. But after watching Colonel Landa get a swastika carved into his head, I felt at peace with it – and then loved it. The alternate reality is what makes this movie so awesome because we all know that Hitler could not have died soon enough. So what if a Jew feels great satisfaction by watching the Bear Jew’s expression as he’s pumping endless rounds into Hitler’s body?
The point of view did seem somewhat over-exaggerated, but too call it zionist seems somewhat extreme to me.
Coulden’t it just have been an American point or the Allies point of view.
